Oh, where to begin!
There are sooooo many meals that I've cooked or enjoyed feasting on this past year, and I'd love to share with you! Hopefully I will, one by one. But as you can imagine, with my final year exams starting next week,
it might take a while for them to grace your screens! But I'll try my best!
You see, this past year, I've been cooking for two, or been cooked for! Which has been rather fun, and extremely delicious!
I can't be the only one who loses a bit of motivation, creativity and excitement when it comes to cooking for myself, and only me. When you're the only one eating it, it's tempting, after a long day at work or uni,to stick to the basics and not really try!
It's also tough working out scaling down recipes; how to weigh out half an egg, 1/8th of a tsp or trying to make your way through a mahoosive pack of mince, which always ends with you eating spag-bol for a week!
Not to mention the waste when you cook too much spaghetti! EVERY TIME!
Ahh dear!
But that all changes when you cook for two. You experiment, make an effort, show off a little. It's fun, interesting and DELICIOUS!
So, this past year, I've cooked a lot of yummy dinners. Tried a lot of things and perfected some favourites! x
So, enough babbling..
Keep your eyes peeled here for some yummy meals!
First up.. BBQ Ribs!
Love Amy x
