Serves 2
1 Large Rack of Ribs (broken into smaller pieces to stack in the slow cooker) 1L water (roughly) Sauce: 8 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 8 tbsp Soft Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 tsp Smoked Paprika (Serve with coleslaw/chips/salad) | Ribs: Stack in a slow cooker, fill half way up with water & a tbsp of BBQ sauce and cook for about 8hrs. Preheat the oven to 200C. Place ribs in an oven proof dish & pour the BBQ sauce over them. Bake in the oven for 20-30 mins until nice & sticky! Serve & Enjoy!! |

We bought BBQ ribs from the supermarket all the time, but thought we'd give it a go (very apprehensively) and it turned out amazing!
It really helps if you have a slow cooker, but works without too :)(The BBQ sauce is great on its own or with other meats too! Just heat gently in a saucepan for about 2 minutes to dissolve the sugar & serve)
